| What kind of shape do my records need to be in? You can present your records in any form (note books, lists, shoeboxes, paper sacks), and Platinum Bookkeeping service will record all the information in a standard and recognized format. We will discuss the results and make any adjustments according to the additional and unique knowledge of the business owner. I just need someone to do my bank reconciliation. Can you do just that one thing? Of course we can! You can choose to use as much or as little of our services as is appropriate to your circumstances.  Can you come to my place to do the work? Of course we can! If you have industry specific software you would like us to use, we can take care of your bookkeeping needs at your place. If you don’t and would like us to set you up on a computerized system and then maintain it at your place, we can do that too. Can I just mail you my records and you mail them back with the Financial Statements? Of course we can! Platinum Bookkeeping Service can set you up with a currier service to ensure prompt, accurate, and confidential delivery of your source documents and Financial Statements. What are your fees? That depends on the types of service you require. If you are looking for a single type of service, a per-transaction fee may be more appropriate than an hourly rate. If you require a series of services to be performed every week, a weekly rate would be more appropriate.
